Thursday, January 19, 2012 1453 Engine 2 and Rescue 1 responded for the report a row home fire in the 300 Block of Elm St NW. Units arrived on scene and found smoke showing, upon further investigation units found a fire on the second floor. Engine 2 arrived on scene and checked the exposure buildings for any fire, while Rescue 1 completed a search and assisted in other fireground operations. The Firefighting Deputy had command of the incident. Engine 2 and Rescue 1 returned to service shortly after the fire was extinquished.
